This was the hottest bike money could buy the in 1970's, and not much has changed today! It's timeless and is still just as beautiful as it was when it rolled out of the Schwinn factory in 1973. It's finished in Silver Mist and comes equipped with mostly Campagnolo components, apart from the Weimann brake levers and center pulls.
This bike is in incredibly condition, but still shows sign of use. The original owner had it repainted at some point and whoever did the work, did a great job. It has a few chips in the paint but hardly any. The most noticeable is on the right side below the shifters, where they slipped while shifting and unfortunately scratched the paint. No dents or bends. The chrome looks excellent! The tires are as old as the bike and have not been glued to the rim. It is not rideable like this. New tires, or a different set of wheels will have to be installed before this bike can be ridden. Also, the left side brake pad in the rear doesn't line up perfectly with the rim. The crankset has some scratches. Please see all photos to get a better understanding as to the condition this bike is in.
