Ben's Cycles Denver

Bianchi Pista

This 1991 Bianchi Pista has been a wall hanger its entire life. The bike is originally from Omaha, Nebraska, where it hung on a bike shop wall. Everything on the bike is catalog spec and in incredible condition, even down to the original tubular tires. Although this bike is in museum condition, it still has a few blemishes from being moved around. There is a paint chip on the inside of both fork blades and a very small paint blemish on the downtube. It looks like whatever chipped the paint, also left the smallest impression in the tube. I would also advise gluing on new tires if you intend to ride this bike, as the glue has lived its life and would likely not hold up while riding. The logo on the back of the saddle is also starting to lift on the right side. The back of the seatpost has some scratches from being removed/installed. I highlighted all of these areas with photos, so please take a look at those to get a better understanding as to the true condition.
