Colnago Super

This 1973 Colnago Super is as good as it gets. It's finished in a beautiful "Molteni," orange and comes equipped with a complete Campagnolo Nuovo groupset. This bike is in incredible condition and has been fully refurbished. The frame was cleaned and polished and both the headset and bottom bracket were rebuilt. Vintage braided brake and shift cables have been installed with new housing. The Benotto bar tape is original and has some scuffs in areas but was also given a deep clean. The original hoods also have some scuffs and one has a small tear, but in good condition considering the material its made from and how old it is. The non-drive crank arm pedal threads also had to be re-threaded. You can see the work that was done but it can be screwed in with just hand strength now. The Campagnolo seatpost and 3ttt stem are pantographed with the Colnago logo. The bars are old logo Cinelli and the saddle is also Cinelli. All parts were ultrasonic cleaned and carefully reinstalled. 

The frame has a few paint chips here and there, most notably around the rear brake (the brake does a very good job at hiding these chips). No dents, bends, or cracks. Original decals and paint! This bike is STUNNING and RARE! Own a piece of art history.
