Huppert & Ellison Time Trial Frame

Huppert & Ellison was one of the pioneers in aluminum bike manufacturing. They were based out of Houston, Texas in the 80's. The Huppert & Ellison is a time trial frame and features very aggressive geometry. It fits a 20" front wheel and a 700c rear. Just the frame and fork (and rear bolt for brake) are included. In good condition but shows sign of use
