This is a very unique and very rare Huppert and Ellison track bike frame. It was made in Houston, Texas and is made from aluminum. As you probably noticed, the fork is not original but is still made from high quality Columbus tubing. Not much information is out there on H&E, so if you have any information that would be greatly appreciated!
