This Pulse Comp is a good condition, but shows sign of use. It has some paint chips here and there, but no dents, bends, or cracks. Comes with seatpost, fork, headset, and bottom bracket. Fork isn't seized and the bearings in the bottom bracket and headset feel good. Great ripper!!
