This Schwinn Paramount + extras is a great way to start a build! The frame is in good condition, with no dents, bends, or cracks. It has some paint chips here and there, but nothing crazy. Most of the chips have also been touched up, most notably on the top of the top tube and on the chain stays where the chain could drop. It comes with a Cinelli bar and stem, Campagnolo headset and seatpost, and Weinmann brake levers. The previous owner had the frame repainted, and it looks amazing!
