Unbranded Steel/Lugged Road Frame

This unbranded and unmarked steel, lugged frame is beautiful! The built quality looks second to none. There are no marking anywhere on the bike besides under the rear brake bridge that says, "Silva." Silva is a company that makes braze ons and frame building supplies. This could have been someone's project who made a one off frame, or, if you can recognize it, is a branded frame. I don't know!
